Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

The item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at: devoluciones.abanicoboutique@gmail.com. All returns must be sent to: Carrer del Bisbe, 2, Spain.

If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess the issue and resolve it.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:


  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom or made-to-order items (e.g., special orders or personalized items)
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item for a refund and place a separate order for the new item once your return is approved.


EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without justification.

Items must be returned in the same condition, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you when we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
